We are currently only shipping within the UK.
Due to current GDPR regulations we are not able to ship to Ireland at the moment. As I am Irish this is especially heart breaking! We are working on being able to do so in the future. Please do check back in the future or if you have any immediate questions, please reach out to info@hilltownjoy.com

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES
We do not ship on bank holidays or weekends; courier delivery times are from 8am-6pm unless specified.
We aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours from order. During busy periods please allow extra time to receive your order. If you live in a remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.
The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.
We reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method as we deem appropriate, including switching to a different carrier or service provider to deliver your package faster or more reliably.
Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We are pleased to be able to offer our customers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If the products you selected didn't work out for any reason we will issue a refund for returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Custom products may not be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded
- Returns received past the allowable date will not be refunded

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). All of our instant download products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
